I am a Bachelor’s degree holder in Management Science from Kyambogo University and currently working as a Customer Care Agent at ISON BPO in charge of customer service at the call, where I have been able to meet customer expectations through handling client complaints and requests, handling money transfers, dealing with bank reconciliations, proper data entry and many others as assigned to me. And with this I have been able to learn how to work as an integral member and with people of different backgrounds and also be able to maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
