    Merchant’s acquisition MNCs, Local Corporate &POS delivering exceptional sales performance by identifying local companies to drive the Airtel merchant business. Ownership & achievements of daily, monthly, quarterly& annual targets within the assigned segment. Identifying potential prospects carrying physical visits & pitches to ensure closure within the niche. Ensuring KYC due diligence of all the prospect sure compliance before tie-ups and follow through on contract closure. Merchant Training & Relationship Management Responsible for training of all tied up merchants i.e. both owners & business share holders. Responsible for relationship management of all merchants and ensure business growth and adherence to compliance. Ensuring refresher trainings on key business developments & in event of handler turn over at the merchant point. Stake holder management, Collaborating and working with 3rd party providers to identify sales leads within assigned segment and ensure closure of the same. Identify service gaps and escalate to support teams to ensure corrective action.
