- Monthly bank reconciliation to make sure clients’ accounts are updated.
- Reconciliation of Broker accounts and provision of quarterly broker statements.
Achievements;
- Have reduced the un receipted amount on the bank from 13 billion to 2 billion.
- Put in place credit policy process to avoid giving date to wrong clients.
- Payment plan tracker so that those plans are followed and clients pay as par the plan.
- Increase of collection and customer retention.
