POSITION: PROCUREMENT OFFICER

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Coordinate Timely Procurement activities at the Farm, Production, Administration and Marketing in implementing budgets and approve expenditures for operating supplies, to ensure that materials, services and equipment are used efficiently to meet targets.
  •  Drafting the Procurement plan, Policy and Strategy.
  • Coordinating the New Product innovation team with product Bills of Material, Artworks for easy costing by Finance Department.
  • Execute Inventory Management Process of receiving, storing and issuing delivery of materials to the user departments.
