I hereby apply for the position of Customer Service Executive. I possess a Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences (Second Class upper) from Kyambogo University, Diploma in Information Technology Business from Uganda institute of information and business Technology, Uganda advanced certificate of Education, Uganda Certificate of Education, and Certificate in Computer repair and Maintenance, Certificate in Fever Case Management.

I have worked with FIND (Foundation for Innovative New Diagnostics) as a Data Entrant and later as Administrative Assistant and am currently working as a Field Support Officer with Alere Malaria RDT.

On top of these competencies, I adhere to work and research ethics and can effectively interact with people across all levels of the organizational structure and am a perfect motor cycle rider with permit.
