Job Duties : Managing both New and Existing Relationships and directing the sales force to achieve the Company’s New Business, Retention and Profit targets. Preparation of CRB, productivity and recovery reports to ease tracking of customers. Evaluating risks and monitor compliance as set by the company’s guidelines to achieve profitable growth. Re-engineer Business processes and enhance team work with underwriting and claims personnel to ensure that excellent services are offered to our clients.
