  • Received material from the head office. Cross check whether they tally with the order of quantities received, and issuing out of material in addition to entering the number of items sold.
  • Issued stock requisitions to the head office for re stocking of materials in the store. Accordingly, the head office supplies materials as per quantity and quality stated there in.
  • Arranged and ensured proper storage of the materials received. It was my duty to keep the material in the store on safe custody and to ensure the general hygiene in the store.
  • Keeping records and receipting of material. I made daily, weekly and monthly inventory checks to ensure that physical stocks tally with the system (S.A.P) so as to detect and report any variances that may arise and hence make appropriate corrections.
  • Supervised and coordinated the duties of staff under my control. As the in charge of the store I managed the inventory and administration of the store.
