o Leading Data Collection teams in Data Collection using mobile platforms on different projects with in the Area program thus Education, Health, Water Sanitation and Hygien(WASH), sponsorship and Lively Hood( performing duties like uploading data collection tools on mobile phones, handling any problem related to the Data collection soft ware being used by the team, data verification and cleaning before sending to the server, and data entry where necessary). o Working hand in hand with District probation officer, Police under child and family protection unit, community leaders to promote child protection and end violence agaist children o Making Annual progressive report for Regestered children under the program o Working hand in hand with Education officials from the district to the sub-county level,Centre Coordinating Tutors(CCTs),School Management committees(SMCs), Community Volunteers, Children’s committees both at the school and community levels, children and local leaders to ensure positive learning of children with in the community o Monitoring Village savings and lively Hood Associations(VSLAs) to ensure their effective performance. o Monitoring farmer`s groups with in the community. o Assesing the community`s perception partaining the performance of the organisation and its impact towards communities of operation. o Building rapport and establishing a free friendly enviroment so as to have full access to a variety of problems facing different communities that are presented for further action. o Safety and proper management of data collection gadgets and tools being used. o cleaning, checking data and Data entry o Perform any other duty asigned.

o Cordinating HIV Testing and counseling out reaches. o Identification of HIV/AID testing equipments like the testing kits, Buffers through working hand in hand with health officers from the given health centres in the areas of operation. o Identification of health workers from health centres in the sub counties of operation to carry out HIV counselling and Testing out reaches among which included, lab assistants, Nursing officers, Enroled Nurse, Mid wife, Counselors and VHTs. o Working hand in hand with health officers from the district level to the local level and local government leaders like DHO, District Health Educator, District CDO, sub county CDOs, LC III to LCI chairpersons through identifying areas of operation for a given day. o Organising Health camps geared towards HIV prevention through identifying areas of camp location. o Providing HIV/AIDS counselling to clients before and after testing especially during outreaches and Health camps. o Effective monitoring of HCT activity to ensure that its properly done by the health workers being recruited through out the day. o Ensuring that clients who come for HIV testing have access to HIV/AIDS spread and prevention measures. o Ensuring confidentiality of the clients results by the health team being recruited to carry out HCT be it a community outreach or a health camp. o Working hand in hand with the health workers from given health centres to ensure those found HIV positive are linked up for care to the nearby health centre. o Ensuring payments for health workers together with leaders from the distric level to the local level engaged in the activity o Riding to the field so as to monitor the work of peer educators, work hand in hand with them so as to creat a positive impact with in the community. o Training peer educators on matters concerning HIV/AIDs spread and prevention. o Data analysis and report writing from the results being obatained through out the exercise. o Perform any other duty being assigned.

o Carring out field outreaches educating the youth basically about HIV/AIDS, HIV/AIDS spread and prevention measures. o Organising health camps and encouraging people come have access to HIV/AIDS spread information and prevention measures. o Passing on HIV/AIDS information to people during healty camps o Ensuring regestration of each and every client that comes for HIV testing or receiving of the HIV information. o Ensuring effective condom distribution among clients in the reproductive age. o Monthly report writing for the outreaches carried out. o Performing other related duties when necessary.
