     Job Duties : 
    1. Implement the Human Resource Information Management System, ensuring timely generation of related reports. 2. Implement salary and administration processes which include generating the staff pay roll and ensure that salaries are paid on time, generation and distribution of pay slips, effect the deduction of staff loans and advances, etc. 3. Processing of staff salary advances and ensure disbursements are done within limits. 4. Processing of staff salary loans (Internal and External). 5. Pay commission and incentives for staff and ensure that they are paid accordingly. 6. Calculate the gratuity and terminal benefits for current and ex staff and ensure the provisions for all are made. 7. Participate in salary and employee surveys undertaken by the Bank and make recommendations accordingly. 8. Implement the Health and Safety function and ensure adherence of the Bank to the OSH law. 9. Ensure the effective implementation of the medical scheme for all staff in line with the medical contract terms. 10. Plan, develop welfare services and facilities for all employees and implement the welfare schemes in line with the policy. 11. Working with administration dept. to ensure all service units are availed riding gear and that all staff who ride adhere it. Notify immediate supervisor of any violations. 12. Implement the HIV/AIDS policy and ensure all employees are aware of their rights. 13. Organize for health talks for staff by medical personnel. 14. Participate in all employee relationship programs of the Bank. 15. Organize the sports program of the bank and coordinate the participation of the Bank in the Bankers sports gala.
