  -Checking my car every morning before doing any activity, like checking engine oil, radiator water, brake fluid, hydrolic fluids etc. - Checking for insurance, service expire for mileages. - Checking for emergency and safety tools in the car. Checking for leakage, body damages in the car. - Use of log sheets to account for fuel for the given programs. - Movement of staff and delivery of documents as well as mails. - Making sure the car has enough fuel for any given programs. and so on.
