Job Duties :• General Ledger Management • Preparation and Maintenance of Monthly Audit Schedules • Supervision of the Cash and Bank Reconciliations • Daily Petty cash reviews as well performing weekly and spot cash counts • Ensuring all statutory contributions are correctly calculated and remitted to relevant authorities • Ensuring all Fixed Assets are properly documented and accounted for and Recorded in the FAR. • Ensuring all Company’s Insurance Services rendered are Paid for accurately according the Invoices Issued. • Ensuring that stock issues are properly documented and accounted for as well as carrying out Monthly stock counts and reconciling invoices to stock issues • Preparation of Annual Budgets as well as carrying out monthly analysis of actuals against budgeted expenses • Ensuring that the Group Insurance expenses are properly allocated and Accounted for as well monitoring expiry of policies • Initiate internal control measures that need to be put in place for accuracy and prevention of frauds and errors. • Verifying all cheque and on-line payments before approval by the Financial Controller • Carrying out Monthly Payroll Audits and reconciling Guards’ shifts to the Invoicing system • Coordination with both internal and External Auditors
