I have both a post graduate in Human Resource Management and a bachelors in Business Administration specialising in Finance and Accounting) from Makerere University and University of South Africa, with further academic qualifications as given in my c.v.
I am an experienced credit controller who has worked in both private sector and government parastatal for more than fifteen years among those being Pect Uganda, Barclays Bank, and NWSC. In my current position as a Credit/Collections Partner at Pect Uganda, I am in charge of evaluating risk, collections and debt management of our clients ‘debt book portfolios. In addition to this, I am also tasked with ensuring that each of these accounts is kept current and that all reporting requirements are met. I can happily state that we have exceeded our metrics in this area by more than 10%.
The wide exposure both local and international, has equipped me with the requisite professional skills; competencies (social/conceptual/technical) as well as the potential to contribute effectively and efficiently to organisational performance and long-term development in line with corporate mission and strategic objectives in a highly competitive business environment.
