    In this role, I am responsible for the planning with the sub county peer coordinators for the SRHR/ GBV topic sessions, ensuring that the SRHR / GBV topics are conducted with the respective groups. I also provide Peer to Peer support (including referrals) to young people who may be experiencing SRHR/ GBV issues, Conducting review of the peer education outreaches , compailing weekly reports on the outreaches, Making monthly peer outreach reports and representing the organization at different forums/ meeting.     I was charged with the role of marketing sexual reproductive health goods and service for youths such as condoms, family planning methods, voluntary counseling and testing, stigma free-Antiretroviral (ARVs) usage in HIV/AIDS treatment , training young people on livelihood enterprises like urban farming, backyard gardening, enterprise development and resources mobilization, trained children with disabilities activities of daily life and empowerment as an extra role for the betterment of the community, conducted interviews within the community targeting young people and persons with disabilities, mobilized and engaged community leaders and stakeholders in community dialogues on safe places for young people in homes, schools and the community, wrote field work activity reports such as training reports, dialing activity reports, sensitization reports, financial accountability reports, monthly and quarterly organizational reports, developed and facilitated the use of behavioral change monitoring and evaluation tools among project volunteers and international volunteers. About 1500 in schools students were able to make reusable sanitary pads using local resources. This consequently resulted in an improvement in the general sanitation and also eliminated the issue of girls missing school due to such unavoidable natural incidences. Out of school youths were able to identify viable sites for setting up their business, learnt how to carry out market research, project planning and implementation, learnt financial literacy Increased daily earnings, food security, and creation of jobs for others as a result of the training initiative on livelihood programs. Enhanced financial accountability by keeping updated books of account as this is important for future references when requisitioning for an increase on the funding and also for easy monitoring & evaluation. Behavior/Attitude change of our benefactors. Mobilized and engaged community leaders and stakeholders in community dialogues on safe places for young people in homes schools and the community.
