  - Initiated, developed, and implemented research projects on the fulfillment of rights by persons with disabilities in Uganda and the East African region at large; - Led design, development, and delivery of training to stakeholders on the effective inclusion of persons with disabilities; - Developed and implemented innovative advocacy and accountability approaches that amplify the voices of persons with disabilities in policy and decision making; - Provided technical support and oversee the communication, documentation, design, and implementation of innovative multimedia social behavior change campaigns on the rights of women and persons with disabilities; - Liaised with partners, donors, and other stakeholders on the design, implementation, and monitoring of advocacy strategies on the rights of women and persons with disabilities; - Coordinated the Uganda Media Caucus on Disability.
