Job Duties : Prepare procurement planning and involve end users to formulate the overall organizational procurement plan in line with the budget. Coordinate and monitoring procurement functions in accordance with approved policies and procedures of the business best practices. Ensure continuous review of procurement and disposal procedures and update revisions to policies and procedures for efficiency and risk mitigation in the organization. Assisting the Senior Procurement Manager, in procuring goods and services overseas. Ensuring development of tender documents with detailed specifications to achieve competitive procurement. Ensuring new and existing policies are implemented for the transportation and custody of all inventories. Evaluation and monitoring market prices trends to ensure competitive negotiation. Issuing purchase order through ERP system and managing procurement process to ensure competitive quotations and Bids. Integration of Contract Management frameworks to achieve cost leadership, compliance and best practices supplier performance. Ensure market analysis and organize market intelligence for benchmarking company cost competition to acquire cost effective.
