coordination, human resource management, company administration, finance and procurement.
I possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and recently completed a post Graduate
Diploma in Human Resource Management at Uganda Management Institute.
I presently function as the Human Resource/Executive & Administrative Assistant at Send a Cow Uganda where I coordinate the functions of Administration, human resource management, procurement, office management, inventory management and front desk management.

Job Duties : Human Resource Management: • I perform the roles of staff recruitment, orientation, placement, training, performance appraisal, and staff exits. • I draft HR communications for the Country Director’s signature such as resignation acceptance, confirmation, re- deployment, termination and salary adjustment letters. • I advise management on matters concerning compliance to the HR policy and employment laws. • I compile the quarterly HR Board report to update the Board on staff changes. • I process company ID’s for all staff and register them for medical and group accident insurance cover, as well as follow up on insurance claims for timely and fair compensation. • I ensure that all staff who ride/drive organization motor vehicles have valid riding permits. • I assist in managing the staff leave process by ensuring staff use the online leave system (SharePoint) to apply for leave and balancing staff leave days at the end of the year. • I compile staff learning and development needs and reconcile them with the available project budgets. • I update personnel files and ensure completeness of documents. • I effectively manage disciplinary proceedings according to policy and file all documentation in relation.
