    Duties & Responsibilities Construction Management • Oversee and manage the construction of up to three (3) bridge projects simultaneously and up to 12 bridges per year. • Ensure that bridge construction teams (foreperson, masons, and local laborers) are performing construction activities as per Bridges to Prosperity safety protocols. Perform safety inspections off site when work is underway and implement any safety related changes immediately. • Provide construction management oversight for forepersons, masons, and local laborers. • Organize construction logistics including but not limited to: delivery and storage of equipment and materials. • Develop the program of work and strategy to ensure the success of each project.
