I am currently working at dfcu bank as a customer service officer Mbarara branch charged with on-boarding customers to different alternative channels, take action on customers complaints, portray a good bank image and ambience, manage customers relations to grow wallet share, managing of float stock, comply with KYC, AML and suspicious transactions, receiving and executing customers’ instructions and ensuring good customer service as well as cross selling different bank products
I am a hardworking, creative and self-driven person with experience in working with minimum supervision. I am a great team player with a zeal to learn new things that will ensure efficiency in execution of my duties. I am also able to work under pressure while delivering quality results.
