Candidate Profile

I am a Civil Engineer with Infrastructure Planning specialty. I have worked as a specialist/consultant with international development agencies – including the World Bank. I have 15 years+ experience in conceptualization, development, implementation monitoring and impact assessment of socio-economic infrastructure programs. I have advised leading INGOs, publicly-owned utilities, and governments. My professional experience spans at least eight (8) sub-Saharan Africa countries (Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia, and Uganda.

My work has lately focused on (independent) consulting, technical assistance, data/information analysis, project monitoring and evaluation, design and implementation of high-impact performance improvement programs (PIPs), resource mobilization for development programs, among other areas. I have also supported development of sustainable water and sanitation services through user-led action plans.
