I am an organized and adaptable communications professional with considerable working experience in various office environments. My attention to detail and excellent time management skills means that every task is completed efficiently and to the highest possible standard. I have a calm and patient disposition meaning that I am able to work effectively under pressure and focus on the task at hand. I work well in teams, but also independently. I have experience in areas of office management, communication and media production. I am a dedicated professional with hands on personnel management experience, skilled at addressing sensitive issues and maintaining the firmest of confidentiality, particularly organized and efficient with a talent for prioritizing. I am self-motivated and highly effective at incorporating creative leadership to achieve organizational objectives. I have demonstrated experience in providing administrative support and managing internal and external relations. COMMUNICATIONS AND MULTIMEDIA OFFICER, CHRISTSHEART
In this role, I am responsible for liaising with management in budgeting procedures to ensure implementation and success of the program, creating marketing campaign and analyzing success levels. My duties include;
- Develop relationships with media houses; help shaping public opinions and awareness which has enabled management exceed its targeted project goals by 27% thus achieving core project objectives hence improving organization’s portfolio and good working relationship between media houses and the organization.
- Create relationships with community leaders who have made it easy for the organization to integrate the project within the community.
- Prepare project plans / budgets and ensure timely submission for approval, which has led to preparation of annual plans and budgets hence securing funding for subsequent financial years on time.
- Promote accountability by budgeting for organization expenses. This has provided guide for resource utilization therefore, ensure expenditures are all within budget limits hence improvement in programs and financial performance of current financial year.
- Develop communication strategy campaign which has helped improve visibility of the organization hence widened authority in community engagement through documenting evidence.
- Established social media platforms and website for Christs Heart campaign which created relations with link minded organization and refunding of pilot hence clientele base shoot by 25% and yielded tremendous output.
- Reviewed and edited all publications and releases for any given campaign and promoted security by protecting organization’s privacy and public image.
- Participated in the selection of a relevant cohort for campaign which provided relevant scalable results collected in the pilot encouraging refunding.

INTERN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, UGANDA REVENUE AUTHORITY
While here, I provided administrative support through analyzing data entries, backed-up data storage from daily cash transactions to ensure high quality of the systems and organizational smooth operations.

- Promoted data integrity through proper assessment of bids which enabled the office to monitor procurement and movement stationery on particular days thus, determining when to make more orders of goods this helped in budgeting plans of the institution

- Prepared stores requisition orders which were approved by senior management to authorize purchase of office equipment. This ensured timely availability of office resources.
- Managed incoming and outgoing mails to ensure easy accountability and tracking of official correspondences. This facilitated management with relevant information for budgeting and decision making.
- Collected and analyzed data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
- Reported to management about asset utilization and audit results, and recommend changes in operations and financial activities.
- Prepared detailed reports on audit findings. This helped obtain analytical proceeds.
