8th June to7th August 2015. Intern at Civil Society Budget Advocacy group (CSBAG)
Main Activities.
- Data capture. While at CSBAG, i collected data from the Approved budget estimates, budget performance reports, value for money reports and the Auditor general’s reports from the FY 1994/95 to FY 2014/15 to obtain the physical indicators of the Energy sector, budget allocations to different sectors and summarizing issues on the Education and Health sectors. This information was used to engage parliament and ministry of finance in different advocacy meetings.
- Participated in advocacy meetings organized by CSBAG and wrote report.

Main activities.
- Generating sales. Am responsible for selling mobile devices like phones, accessories and data devices, I welcome customers, greet them, identify their needs, and convince them to buy phones. Arranging and displaying phones for sale, counting money, balancing cash, and making deposits.
- Meeting the sales targets of the company. I do this through effective planning and budgeting, motivating team members and encouraging them to deliver their best.
- Stock management. I carry out duties like ordering for stock, making stock transfers from other branches, keeping the stock cabins clean and locked, counting cash, making sales reports.
- Supervising and training other sales people to ensure that we deliver the desired results. Making sure that they are living up to the expectations of the company and appreciate them whenever they do good.
- Work towards Business Improvement for the company. I handle customer complaints, optimize customer feedback to uncover flaws in the business and spot emerging customer needs which result in improvement of performance.
