    As a credit officer My work entailed recruiting, training clients and disbursing loans, Mobilizing saving deposits, selling company products. Reporting on regulatory compliance in respect to customer experience & compilation. Lead initiatives to improve the customer service culture of the bank e.g mystery shopping initiatives. Monitor and report on set service standards to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify and recommend areas of improvement for existing products and processes. Support branches to ensure compliance to areas of complaints management raised in audit and risk. Manage the performance and development of staff in the customer experience section . . Making CRB Credit applications ,following up on loan recovery processes, updating client loan files, filing loan documentation, attending to customer to customer queries, complaints and resolution as well as generating business leads.
