My main role was to conduct enterprise analysis, establish challenges affecting business growth, and implement strategic steps for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structured business diagnostics and analyze business health across key performance areas including Leadership, organization and staff and Product development
- Facilitate investment readiness work through risk profiling, business planning, and strategic planning support
- Develop and implement recommendations for business growth capitalizing on the business’ strengths to curb identified weaknesses.
Key Achievements/Projects
- Assessed business health across key performance areas, and provided strategic recommendations for growth
- Developed new targets for sales and staff performance with the objective of ope rationalizing growth and designed a 3 months digital marketing strategy
- Coordinated the youth entrepreneurship workshop at Uganda Christian University on Behalf of Challenges Uganda with the goal to enhance employ ability and entrepreneurship skills among University students.

My Key responsibility was to ensure steady sales of company products, gather client feedback and maintain positive relations with customers at all distribution outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and map out new sales opportunities for company products
- Gather feedback from existing clients and respond promptly to all complaints
- Design and publicize promotional services for company products
- Ensure effective management of stock
Key Achievements/Projects
- I have worked with team mates to develop a new system for managing stock and ensuring sales accountability.
- There has also been a significant increase in positive client feedback in the past six months owing to my attentive emphasis on customer service and quick delivery of products
- I have also helped the marketing team secure five new sales connections for the company over the last two months

My key responsibility was to coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to clients and keep record of their interests and complaints
- Communicate with clients through email and phone calls to update them on new opportunities in the business
- In charge of all the company’s secretarial services; minute taking and updating of accounts
- Ensure that project expenses align with outlined budgets
- Ensure the office is clean
Key Achievement/Projects
- I managed to secure new partnerships for the company and there was a significant increase in client enrollment.
- I maintained safety of all company equipment and in good condition; this was greatly commended by my employers.
- I worked with the operations team to reduce overall project expenses by identifying new suppliers of sound and video equipment
