Providing 1st level technical support by receiving service requests and providing timely technical support. Identifying and responding to faults within Roke Telkom's infrastructure and liaising with team to provide timely resolution. Informing clients of any service interruptions or issues or planned maintenance activities. Follow up on the client's issues and confirm with clients once the issue has been resolved and thereafter close the issue. Providing information to clients regarding company's products and services. Data collection-capturing school enrolment information from both private, government and university institutions by conducting physical interviews and using data collection methodologies. Data verification-ensuring the data captured is accurate before submitting it to the headquarters. Report writing-compiling daily reports on the institutions visited.
