True North is supporting NCBA Bank to fill the position of Head of Finance.

Job Purpose:
The position holder is a senior member of the Executive Management responsible for safeguarding the Bank’s financial health by leading the Bank’s financial and tax planning, reporting, risk management and capital optimization strategies amongst many other core accountabilities.

Reporting Line: The Head of Finance reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
