• Improved uptake and demand of child health services at community level from the districts of Mukono, Buikwe, Bugiri and Gulu. During these community engagements the uptake increased from 600 to 850 child visit by the newly mothers. With such, the early child health disease have reduced and increase in utilization of health facilities hence increasing TRUST within the communities. • Strengthened Information Health Management Systems and these included HMIS which stores most information about the patients/mothers in the various health facilities. Data quality in these systems have greatly improved due to the correct capture and utilization of the systems hence providing correct data for decision making. • Improved quality of service delivery of the health services where I constantly collect data through survey and questionnaires for easy decision making for the health experts and facilities. • Conducted support supervision of mobile installation of digital health systems I.e. mPowering, Commcare and WASH • Pretested theactive commcare version of ttC2, supply chain, PD Hearth & home improvement for consistency before releasing it • Conducted VHT mentorship in mPowering • Generated activity monthly reports • Participated in manuscript writing research on Video Distance Learning in line with the digital health system installations

• Provided behavioral health services support to beneficiaries’ experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties and ensured that patients got help through scheduling counseling sessions for both individuals and groups to help them cope with their challenges. • Conducted thorough psychological screening and assessments • Developed and implemented treatment plans to help beneficiaries live their healthiest lives • Created awareness through community engagement on issues of alcohol and drug abuse , sexual reproductive health and HIV/AIDS among youth in slum populations • Coordinated field and home visits to track progress of beneficiaries experiencing psychological problems for follow up purposes. • Co-ordinated and ensured the implementation of Social Cohesion and Stability in Slum Populations (SSCoS) project activities in the four slum communities of Kampala which are Bwaise, Kisenyi, Katwe and Kabalagala.
