I am a motivated Business analyst who has acquired extensive knowledge in the field through my studies of Business Management (BBA) at degree level specializing in procurement and logistics have a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see through completion. I am also eager to learn, I enjoy overcoming challenges and I have genuine interest in Business management and making organizations successful.

I am a dedicated and detail oriented procurement officer with now 2.5 years experience in managing the procurement process from requisition to delivery following up on the logistics

Sales Executive

My earlier assignment was with Bamudde Farm Supplies where I was given a role in sales. As part of my achievements, I have gained problem solving skills, organizational skills and active listening skills.

As the first point of contact for the organization, my duties include;, guiding buyers, attending to complaints,collection of bills, reporting to my superiors, attending sales meetings that were scheduled monthly and meeting sales goals.

I joined the company during my second year of study during COVID-19 and this kept me occupied. Some of my personal achievements during this were that I managed to increase sales by 23% through the well placed sales

objectives where I successfully sold 50 products on a particular busy day also managing to pull in 20 active accounts (clients) into the business. And lastly, I proved invaluable during a visual marketing campaign where I provided excellent product display and could actually

Procurement and logistics officer

I am currently working at Shreeji Stationers 2009 (U) LTD as a procurement and Logistics officer,this is manufacturing company dealing mainly in the production of stationery .This work requires me to liase with different parties starting with the supplier and arranging all customs requirements so that the raw materials are cleared.My key responsibilities under this position are;

Make appropriate and timely arrangements for delivery of project materials in conjunction with the stores Department

Prepare monthly procurement status reports of supply requisitions and purchase orders completed,in-process and pending.

Maintain files of correpondence, reports and supporting documentation relating to procurement as evidence of compliance with the procurement procedures

Managed all logistical needs associated with the project to include internal work load planning,acquisition contract or financial reporting, integrated master schedule and coordination of contract deliverables

Coordinated with shipping lines and freight forwarding agents to ensure best freight rates and timely shipment of import consignment and also completed imports documentation and operation or example followed up with bank for documents, letter of credit and amendments if required.

Keep track of all project/programme budgets and ensure that project activities are within assigned budgets and also compiling invoices for submission to the finance department for payment.
