At Ison BPO, I was able to successfully complete my training and was certified as a customer
care representative whereby in this role, I have achieved excellence in customer experience at work
throughout my probation period of the first 6 months that I have spent with the company. I have
since then won a certificate for my excellency in wow customer experience in the month of January
2023, certificate for overall top performer in the month of February 2023, and certificate for
outstanding performance in the month of March 2023.
I got promoted from the level of waitress to cashier and acting manager at Yujo Izakaya and
House of Madonna restaurant within one month of working with the company.
I was able to learn how to keep in touch with customers at Sam imp and exp Co. Ltd, and
improve on my telephone etiquette skills to ensure that the customers get the best services from the
company.
I completed my studies and now hold a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management with a second-class upper degree.
I was an active member of two associations at Makerere University Business School. That is
Makerere University Entrepreneurship Students Association and Accounting Students Association of
