I am enthusiastic, hardworking, ambitious and flexible individual with immense interest in Accounting, Finance and Audit. I am computer literate and more competent using MS office and open to utilize any further training to advance my accounting and auditing career.
PROFILE
I am a Bachelor of Commerce degree holder from Makerere University with a field training experience in fields of Accounting, Finance and Administration. I am currently pursuing my Certified Public Accountant Course with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (Currently at Level 2).
Highly motivated, excellent team player, strong numerical and communication skills, hardworking, with high sense of duty and loyalty both professionally and privately. Extremely flexible and can easily adapt to the surroundings without compromising any of my principles and responsibilities and a passion for audit, finance and accounting industry

Responsibilities and achievements.
Finance
- Keeping records and documenting of financial processes in accordance with SEED’s book keeping policy and acceptable book keeping
- Supporting the Finance and Administration Manager in implementing set operations policies and procedures with regards to Finance and Administration.
- Providing assistance to the audit process, providing financial information required by the external auditors during the audit process
- Collaborating with vendors, addressing all their inquiries over communications through emails and phone
- Filing of all invoices on periodic basis in the organisation’s accounting files
- Assisting the Finance manager in reviewing and maintaining SEED’s financial lead or discipline in the way funds are spent in accordance with the global standards followed by SEED
- Classifying and recording all transactions in respective books of accounts and reviewing financial data for accuracy and completeness
- Providing assisting in preparation of operating budgets and reports
- Payment requisitioning and other financial checks such as checking account balances, SEED’s operating bill payments
- Overseeing payments process, handling accounts payables reconciliation process and making sure that any differences are resolved
- Collaborating and advising other non-finance departments on recommended and acceptable fiscal procedures followed by the organisation to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations

- Provide the first point of contact to the team to support in the resolution of challenges

- Participate in field visits when required to source suppliers and verification of vendors
