• Handling of Daily reconciliations of ATM Suspense accounts across the Bank network. • Handling of Daily settlements of transaction performed on E-channels like ATMs UPI Money Transfers-Western Union MoneyGram and Trans fast /Mastercard • Daily reconciliations of Money Transfers i.e. Western Union Money gram and Trans fast. Postal pay services (Euro-Giro) • Provision of first level support to Branches during ATM and Remittance Operations and reconciliations across the Bank network • Training Branches in reconciliation and all new E-channel products. • Regular and pro-active alternate channel transaction analysis to identify exceptions. • Handling Mobile money and Mobile Phone Banking Operations. • Handling ATM Card Operations such as ATM Card and Pin printing. • Handling Wazalendo ATM Operations and procedures i.e. Settlements and reconciliations. • Participate in UAT testing for any changes that relate to alternate channels • Regular and proactive alternate channel transaction analysis to identify exceptions and escalate them to the respective • Extending client correspondence and information to management for immediate action. • Handling Agency Banking operations on COMPASS and ABC
