Personal statement

A hard-working, responsible, enthusiastic and dependable problem solver, with statistical background, skills and qualifications to support Data Management and M&E across a variety of processes who strives to achieve the best in all areas, knowledgeable and motivated professional. I come along with excellent management, analysis and capacity building skills including training and mentoring; use of quality improvement tools and implementing interventions and research in resource-limited settings. I also have a clear understanding of use of analytical programs including Tableau, STATA, SPSS, MS Excel, Epi-data, Redcap and development and survey tools using mobile technologies (Open Data Kit). I am now looking to take on new challenges including managing multiple projects simultaneously and leading a bigger team. I am confident that with my experience and expertise, I would be an asset to your team.

I was responsible for assisting with and conducting research projects within ell defined guidelines; this was by keeping abreast of current publications, evaluate results as well as summarise data collected. Developed project proposals and presentations to and for clients to secure business for the company to increase the company’s profitability.
