A hard-working, responsible, enthusiastic and dependable problem solver, with statistical background, skills and qualifications to support Data Management and M&E across a variety of processes who strives to achieve the best in all areas, knowledgeable and motivated professional. I come along with excellent management, analysis and capacity building skills including training and mentoring; use of quality improvement tools and implementing interventions and research in resource-limited settings. I also have a clear understanding of use of analytical programs including Tableau, STATA, SPSS, MS Excel, Epi-data, Redcap and development and survey tools using mobile technologies (Open Data Kit). I am now looking to take on new challenges including managing multiple projects simultaneously and leading a bigger team.
