• Analyze Return to Vendor (RTV) fleet related procurement requests, identify vendors/suppliers and evaluate information regarding vendors' performance in the areas of their location, • Follow up on riders by calling vendors to confirm product delivery by either email or calling. • Process and provide timely logistics requirements especially for vendors for example issuing out of vendor handover proofs and delivery notes • Coordinate riders and follow-up on their routes and making sure all riders bring back the approval of vendors acknowledge signature of their returns/product/package • Keenly review the reconciliation of all order numbers processed in RTV Department. • Review Rider and Driver movement, package handling and prepare Rider monthly report of the RTV Department for approval by Logistic Manager • Undertake field travel to programmed sites to perform vendor and logistics evaluations and supervise and train vendors on the services provided by Jumia Uganda. • Represent the RTV Department in the procurement and planning meetings, security and the logistics cluster with approval of Jumia Service Manager • Ensure Riders fuel request forms are properly approved and copies filed and innovatively design more tools used to manage fleet. • Oversee and Coordinate the proper usage of hired vehicles at Response office level • Safety and compliance

My roles included; monitoring, controlling planning and decision making at the dairy. In controlling, filling data, paying farmers, receiving money from sales, paying workers, delegate my fellow workers at the dairy to do different activities like taking tests to measure the quality of milk brought by the farmer, utensils used that are clean, receiving recordings like the lactometer readings, temperature, purity of milk, smell of milk, amount of milk received, price of milk of the different farmers, total price of milk, the way how milk has been distributed. In monitoring; I make sure work delegated is fulfilled by the worker in order to feed the data into our computer. In planning; I organize meetings with the board receive complaints from farmers, delegate workers. In decision making; I set sustainable price to our farmers on to buy milk, I set the price on way to distribute milk, when to pay farmers, advertise, giving expertise and others

My roles included; responding to customer orders and serving all the clients satisfactorily including those in distant areas that do most of their orders online. Attending to customers, giving them guidance and recommendations regarding other alternatives in regard to their needs. Issuing out receipts to customers that pay in cash and recording the records books of accounts Monitoring the offloading of spare parts and other user items up to the storage area. Receiving calls from our customers who make enquires and those that order for spare parts via the office telephone.
