I am currently a Technical Support Engineer at Sybyl Limited and Part-Time Lecturer at
the Management Training and Advisory Centre (MTAC) – ICT Department. I possess a
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science of Makerere University. I have acquired over 6
years experience in the field of ICT especially hands-on expertise in Computer Networks
configuration and installation with training, technical support, hardware and software
systems installation, computer hardware maintenance and repair. I am currently
pursuing an MSc. Data communication and Software engineering with specialty in
Communication networks from Makerere University and a qualified Cisco IT Essentials
and CCNAv7 ITN Instructor.
