    I managed, controlled and developed the contracted distributor`s sales team to sale and meet the distributor targets. And this was achieved. I achieved the sales driver standards. The QDVPPP and followed up on the Quality of UBL product in trade. The liquid has not to go expired in market. (FIFO), managed distribution by creating on new routes and well serviced the existing ones.      Job Duties : 
    Mapping. This required me to move to all areas, Regions, Districts in Uganda, Trading Centers, towns and Districts drawing/mapping the area to be covered. I first do the mapping before sending the surveyors to the field. Assessing. After mapping, i asses the territory. I physically see the area then i plan accordingly on how many surveyors will be needed. Allocating. I had a team of 50 Surveyors, so i allocate the mapped and assessed area appropriate. The 50 surveyors are divided into groups of 10 making it 5 teams. So i allocate all the 5 teams appropriate and each team has a team leader. Auditing. In my mapping of the territories, i get contacts from shops, stockiest, locals who i call after to know whether they were interviewed by my team. (a) Administration work. I hold meetings every morning and after work with my team leads, discuss work done, any problems encountered and also finding solutions from them, then I give out work program for the following day. (b) Time management. I talk to people personally on how to manage time. My team leads also help me on this. Seeking formal permission from Districts Officials, Police (DPC, OC). This is done to avoid unnecessary arrests that may occur. I notify the District Police Commander (DPC) or Officer in Charge (OC) at a police station knows our presence and what we're doing. He gives me a go ahead by signing on my letter I introduce to them. Making a daily report to my Bosses of the day to day work.
