Job Duties :• Preparing timely monthly and quarterly financial project reports, for the stakeholders to be aware of financial position • Preparing staff salaries while making statutory deductions as per regulations. • Posting transactions in the Quick books accounting system ensuring that an updated record of all ledger balances is available to the different users. • Monitoring and tracking project funds and bank balances thus ensuring that funds are used efficiently and effectively. • Processing online payments using internet banking consequently making payments fast and efficient. • Liaising with service providers and auditors during internal and external audit to exchange information about the organization with them.
