   Job Duties : 
   Supporting with the field supervision of data collection for the organization’s End of year evaluation.  Travelling within communities, identified by impact staff, to supervise enumerators to ensure that the right households are visited by enumerators and that the survey questions are properly asked to enable the respondents to provide accurate responses.  Supervising a team of 10 enumerators and ensure that a total of 560 surveys are collected within the sampled villages in a period of 9 working days.  Ensuring that 6 focus group discussions are conducted and the notes well transcribed before submitting them over to Spark.  Providing a daily report to the monitoring & evaluation office and to ensure that the collected data are submitted to the Spark survey application (CommCare) by every enumerator.  Managing field logistics and ensuring that enumerators are dropped to the sampled villages and picked at the end of each day upon completion of data collection.  Conducting debriefs, every evening, with enumerators to talk through the challenges and correct any errors within the collected data.
