RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop standards, establishing a culture of effective records management and supporting the JMS to measure and maintain the quality of its records, propose improvements to the JMS’s manual and electronic records management systems (including storing, arranging, indexing and classification), develop a draft process framework to effectively manage and review had copy and electronic records within the JMS in accordance with best practice, continually review the JMS’s manuals and electronic records management systems and identify where efficiencies and improvements can be made to include a system for ensuring that relevant staff, Review and improvements to the JMS’s policies, procedures, training materials and guidance relating to the JMS’s manual and electronic records management system, create and maintain a central register of data sharing agreements between the JMS and third parties, Manage and maintain the JMS’s publication scheme tenure that when the JMS is required to publish information in compliance with, Freedom of information requirements relevant and complete information is published, carry out inter audit of records management practices across the JMS and identify risks and appropriate training management, Be the first port of call for handling records management queries and requests received internally within the JMS and from members of the public (queries are received usually by email; post or telephone) the post holder will handle queries directly where possible.

ACHIEVEMENTS AT JOINT MEDICAL STORE
Proper documentation, ever since I joined the records team, I was assigned to handling receiving and filing of incoming documents. There was significant in accessibility and retrieval.
I have good interpersonal traits and communication skills for am able to interact well and communicate with all the staff.
Iam flexible that’s to say my role as a Records assistant have been dynamic depending on the available needs arranging receiving, coding, indexing, classifying and filing of documents.
