Projects: • Early Production Facility (EPF) at NDS Qaiyarah Oil field (Capacity: 30,000 BOPD) • Early Production Facility (EPF) at WB91 Qaiyarah Oil field (Capacity: 20,000 BOPD) • 16” Pipeline from North Degassing station to South Degassing Station. • Up-gradation of Loading & Unloading facility at Kirkuk Oil field. Responsibilities: • Manage the execute contractors (engineering / construction / etc.) and acting as the prime focal point for these contractors for the assigned projects. • Full accountability for delivering assigned project scope from Assess to Execute including hand-over to Operations and formal closeout. • Participated in constructability and design reviews during fast track EPC construction projects. • To develop the project scope of work in order to define the required deliverables. • Ensures the consistencies of deliverables coordinates the drafting of final reports. • To have single point responsibility for the efficient delivery of the project within schedule, cost, and quality standards. • Deliver goal zero on assigned projects with focus on HSE, quality and process safety throughout the project lifecycle. • Establish and maintain good and effective communication with all project stakeholders, including, process engineering and discipline engineers, HSSE staff, operations staff, procurement team, and execution contractors. • Develop, share and incorporate lessons learnt throughout the lifecycle of the project. • Adhere to Project Management of change procedures to sustain engineering design integrity. • Comply with Quality Control & Quality Assurance systems to cover the design, implementation and commissioning phases of Projects. • Promote safe working culture lead by example.

Projects: • Adar, Gumary and Paloughe Oil field facility projects. • Unity Oil Field resumption of FPF & FSF projects in Block -4 Responsibilities: • Responsible for the execution of the scope associated with the project Pipelines, on time and within budget, and as per agreed project requirements, specifications and standards. • Excellent Problem solving and make-decision skills, motivational skills, leadership and team building skills. • Responsible for effective coordination and takes over of new Projects from feasibility stage and ensures clear project definition & boundaries, project objectives and execution timelines laid out up front. • Lead the supervision of Mechanical works and witness all activities of fabrication & Erection of piping, Steel Structures & Crude Oil storage tanks. • Responsible for construction activities related to Oil & Gas gathering manifolds and exporting system, export pipeline 10"/16km from CPF to terminal storage tanks, Trunk line16"/32 km collects oil from the fields to the CPF, flow lines nets connect the wells heads to the trunk line. • Erection of the Mechanical (Stationary & Rotary equipment’s) installation works and verify that all components are installed in accordance with the approved design and installation procedures. • Reviews the Scope of works (SOW) to access the resources according to the volume of work and gains approval for securing of necessary resources. • Attended the progress meetings with the clients, PMC and Subcontractors, discuss correctional actions for the target completion. • Establishes an appropriate working relationship with the client and subcontractors. • Responsible for coordination of issues like change in routing, support location and As-Built. • Execute the job in such manner to achieve the target as per stipulated time and schedule with quality & safety. • Conduct activities of pipe cleaning, Hydro testing, Air Blowing, Pigging , Water flushing, Steam blowing, Pipe lowering in trench and Tie-In Joints (Road crossings).

Projects: • The Revamp, Optimization and Commissioning of EGBAOMA Gas Processing Plant (100 Ton/day LPG Extraction Facility). Responsibilities: • Manage the project, procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning and liaise technical support during these activities leading to project start-up and turnover to Operations. • Responsible for planning, oversight and proper execution of the day to day activities related to piping & skid equipment installation at site. • Coordination and validation of activities to include input from multiple project functions, and fabrication facilities, to ensure that project is being completed on schedule and within budget and report to project Manager. • Liaises between Engineering & procurement department to ensure timely procurement of project. Materials/equipment requirements, advice corrective action for timely delivery.

Projects: • Baleela field Surface Facilities project (Oil Gathering Manifold & Wellhead Flow lines). • Hadida field surface facilities (FSF) 48 Km trunk line of 8” inch Dia & 22 No’s crude oil wellheads. • Hadida fast track Oil & gas development Project. Responsibilities: • Coordinate with Petro-Energy representatives regarding schedule of delivery and anticipated delays. • Supervise construction site and direct site engineers and subcontractors to achieve construction standards, quality, cost schedules and safety objectives. • Manage pipe stinging, joint coating, lowering of pipelines, Pigging, hydro testing, backfilling and final clean-up activities. • Supervise pipeline activities for the well heads, OGM & interconnecting piping fabrication & erection. • Check and analyze drawings to determine specific work requirements. • Check work progress for quality & quantity of output, and take necessary actions to complete the works on schedule • To Supervise and execute the welding, lowering of 70 KM welded 12” line as per drawings and specifications. • Supervision of site construction team, Planning and verify the resources like manpower, construction equipment’s, materials. • Ensure timely mobilization of resource for routine site jobs as per schedule and the implementation of HSE requirements as per policy. • Review and comment on subcontractors & vendors’ technical submittals, and secure approvals.
