- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
- A Certified Associate in Project Management(CAPM)
- 10 years’ experience in Telecommunications Engineering with excellent knowledge of Fiber Optics, Microwave and Radio Frequencies (RF), VPN Technologies, IT Infrastructure Services, IT Networks and Customer Service Support.
- I have also provided first-level Monitoring and Technical Support in telecom for country- wide IT infrastructure in countries like Madagascar, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, South Sudan and Swaziland supporting over 1,000,000+ employees and customers under Airtel, MTN Uganda and Roke Telkom.
- Currently a Network Engineer with Fezatel Uganda Limited managing Sales, network and technical infrastructure.
- I have been a Sales/NOC Engineer-Field Support with Roke Telkom Uganda managing and maintaining all Technical and Infrastructure needs in the Eastern Region.
- Advanced knowledge of Software support, computer architecture, Hardware Support/ Maintenance and Server Systems
- Knowledge and skills in Network Administration, networking, configuration of routers, switches, LAN/WAN monitoring, experience in PC support, remote communications and LAN networking.
- 2 years of experience in Call Centre Technologies which include IPCC Cisco technologies and Avaya Call Centre Management Software Systems like Call Center Management Systems (CMS), AAAD, Avaya One-X Systems and many more.
- Customer service experience, Sales/Retention and support.
- Certificate in systems security.
- Can work overtime, excellent communication skills, project management skills, self-motivated, results orientated with the ability to work effectively in a team and dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
