Job Duties :Analyzing Departmental costs and preparation of cash flow reports. Departmental budget planning and readjustments. Grant Application, Implementation, Reporting and Management. Managing operating funds specifically set for a specific period of time. Outreach cost planning, Portfolio analysis and project implementation. Posting and allocating cash payments to departments. Providing support for forecasting, budgeting and planning processes. Preparation of Balance sheets, Chart of Accounts, Income and Cash flow statements. Financial Recording and Reporting on monthly basis. Provision of funds to requesting departments and country locations. Tax Reporting – VAT, WHT, PAYE, INCOME and equivalents. Interpreting financial data for donors and partners. Custody of Company business accounts and credentials. Providing accountability to company auditors, donors and stake holders when required.
