• Planning and organising shift change and cashing up of revenue collected • Overseeing cash safety at the toll booths. • Maintaining smooth traffic flow at the toll plaza • Collecting the collectible revenues from the booths • Verifying and authorizingg only valid exemptions and ensuring minimum violations • Verifying discrepancies in transactions to ensure zero revenue loss. • Reconciliation of shift collections in the system • Overseeing the process of cash remittance to the bank by CIT team • Answering Audit query & its compliance. • Addressing all road user concerns, complaints.

• Ensuring proper supervision of contracted private security services. • Implementing security policies and ensuring protection of GBHL/Client’s properties from theft, loss or damage. • Liaising with Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) Security Officers, Government security arms and private contracted security firms within area of jurisdiction on security matters. • Conducting investigations on security related incidence that occurs in the company. • Monitor entrance of property through surveillance. • Guard against theft and maintain security. • Responding to alarms and calls of distress. • Investigate thefts and file police reports.

• Managing an efficient emergency fleet coordination center • Operating VHF & HF radios, sat-phones and maintain daily radio and operation logbook. • Receive and place incoming and outgoing telephone calls, and faxes. • Conducting radio checks as requested by the TECLAB security operations. • Act quickly in an event of an emergency and contact relevant authorities to contain and help solve critical incidents • Coordinating and following up with QRF for incident occurrences • Obtain security clearance for trips to and from TECLAB operation areas countrywide • Record and track all TECLAB vehicles and staff movements during operations • Periodically check and maintain an updated list of important contacts, agency contact. • Maintaining a detailed incident log book for daily security reports

• Performing daily vehicle online tracking and monitoring movement of All Tullow Oil Uganda vehicles. • Analyze incidents related to accidents, over speeding, Reckless Driving, Harsh Braking and hijack for Security measures and Insurance department. • Tracking and monitoring dedicated sub contracted vehicles operating within Tullow Oil transport network on behalf of LTST • Making sure drivers comply with Journey Management Procedure (JMP) • Reports any exceptions from the use of the vehicle to the systems management /clients. • Provides daily reports to the Client. • Provides Summarized Weekly and Monthly reports to overcome the Challenges arising. • Dispatches the response team in case of Accident alerts.
