Personal Motivational Statement
I’m highly productive and efficient throughout my career, and this is the legacy I leave behind using my effective and well thought through communication skills. As a Marketing, Operations, logistics and Partnerships professional, I have experience in optimising success of different departments in an organisation using; critical thinking, integrity, planning, and timely solutions to challenges as they arise. I’m good at building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders.
Professional Experience
May 30, 2022 – May 29, 2024. Freelance Exams Invigilator, British Council Uganda.
British Council is the organiser of many different English tests like; IELTS, and supervisor the following exams like; ACCA, CIPS, Cambridge International exams in schools, etc. As the Exam Invigilator, my role is to see that exams are conducted in a proper manner, organise the venue and make sure that there is no malpractice.
Sept 2020 – June 2022: Partnership Officer, LifeNet International
LifeNet International is an international NGO operating in six countries in Africa and whose major objective is to transform the African Healthcare system through regular training of the caregivers (doctors and nurses) and strengthening the health system.
Below are the roles have been doing as a Partnerships Officer for the Uganda program.
- – Carry out expansion strategies for the organisation into new regions.
- – Manage external relationships with partners and several stakeholders.
- – Developing and managing key strategic relationships that ease our operations in the different regions.
- – Preparing briefs to guide the top management in decision-making regarding strategic partnerships.
- – Planning and strategising for the different teams.
- – Contributing to proposal writing and project management.
- – Engage with the Government officials and Diocesan Officials on issues of new partnerships.

LifeNet International is an INGO operating in six countries in Africa and its major aim is to transform the African Healthcare system through regular training of the care givers (doctors and nurses) and strengthening the health system. Below are the roles have been doing as a Logistics Officer for the Uganda program.
- – Contact the In-Charge at each partner clinic to reconfirm the weekly activities a week in advance.
- – Working cross-functionally with sourcing, operations, supply chain and finance to identify improvement
opportunities and implement successful changes.
- – Planning and budgeting for different teams and managing the budgeted funds.
- – Receiving the purchased goods and monitor the quality and quantity vis-á-vis the purchase order.
- – Supervise the fleet management, the drivers, and check the mileage, fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance
log.
- – Prepare documentations for goods and personnel crossing the borders and for in-land transportation.
- – Plan routes and supervise the safety of goods and personnel till the destination.

Synket global was an American company manufacturing fuel additive and selling them globally. I did the following roles in the region of East Africa.
- – Recruiting distributors in new countries like Burundi, Rwanda and D.R.C

General Trade Services is a private company operating in Burundi, it’s the agent of many companies including great wall china. In this role as a Marketing consultant, I had to do the following;
- – Rebranding, giving the company a new look and changed the way consumer perceived it.

Achievements
- – I expanded operational areas for LifeNet International-Uganda from eight health center partners in 2015 to 104 Health centers by end of March 2021, and by May 2021 I had helped to expand operations in mid-west Fort Portal regional office.
- – Developed partnerships on behalf of LifeNet International-Uganda with government officials in over 30 Districts of Uganda by July 2021.
- – Developed business for General Trade Services, SA-Burundi and made sales for $60,000.00 in 75 days between March to July 2014.
