Candidate Profile

 Ensures continuous improvement of HSSE practices through keeping up with trends and carrying out audits.  Performs telematics for all company and sister company road vehicles. For projects off company premises, supports compliance of applicable transportation regulations through making sure drivers to transport materials and project team have the right class of up-todate permits, vehicles are serviced and compliant to traffic rules, the whole team is briefed about safety and how to handle the different materials, right material is loaded, designated routes are followed, materials & team are delivered , offloaded and stored safely and ensures checklists, guidance documents, standards and procedures are implemented.  Ensures workers observe the HSE rules in place.  Ensures compliance with the client’s safety policy.  Inducts contractors, site visitors or trainees on the safety procedures in place.  Ensures no harm is done to the environment during project execution.  Analyses and manages the project risks; unplanned for risks are avoided and impact minimized.  Ensures safety and security of all equipment on site throughout the project execution.  Plans for and organises the available resources; this includes define the project scope and Evaluating the teams’ capabilities.  Controls time management; makes sure the project is delivered on time  Ensures customer satisfaction; makes sure in the end the client is happy with the work done.  Monitors the project progress; makes sure the project is conducted as planned safely.  Makes reports and necessary documentation from time to time.  Performs any other responsibility assigned from time to time.
