Nicholas Kafeero is a Development Economist by training and a management expert with a track record in business development in the extractives and Logistics industries.
I am a professional who has helped organisations in proffering solutions and building systems with a focus on sustainability, profitability and revenue growth. I have been able to utilise stakeholder relationship management as well as optimal output to achieve efficiency across the value chain.
Over the years, I have gained versatility and depth working across different fields such as sales and marketing, business development and operational management. This has given me competences in revenue growth, demand forecasting, supply designs and project logistics.
Currently, I am the Chief Executive Officer at Uganda Freight Forwarders Association.
I am have also worked with several reputable organisations such as Uganda Chamber of Mines & Petroleum, National Logistics Platform, Ssaka Bulk Haulers, among others where he has amassed vast experience in spaces of Sales and Marketing, Market intelligence, Business Development, Field Operations Management & Supervision, Administration, Information dissemination, Events Coordination and Facilitation, Concept and Proposal writing & Development, Projects Coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation, Conflict resolution, Lobbying, Policy and Advocacy in the Extractives and Logistics industries.
Nicholas is an adaptable, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with pro-active approach to work and do possess strong interpersonal, customer service and analytical skills. A good communicator with ability to create timely and quality reports as well as bring creativity to the table which I believe is needed at workplace. I have passion for management and anything that gets me to working with people to realize our vision.
