I am a Banking and Finance professional with experience in Banking, Strategic and Organizational change management across commercial banks, the Central Bank and Development Finance Institutions.  I have acquired extensive knowledge and practical skills in various disciplines including Strategy formulation, Implementation, Monitoring and Review. Additionally, I have performed various functions relating to SME and Corporate sector financing, Treasury Management, Branch Business Management, Bank operations as well as Investment Management. My goal is to create value in Financial Services through transformative change guided by innovation and action research with collaborative practice of financial services professionals.
