RESPONSIBILITIES
MACHINE OPERATOR. Working with CCLE tyre rubber company for one year (12/2015 – 09/2016) at Mukono mbalala industrial area.
My obligation was to run a tyre rapping machine in accordance to the production programmed by the management.
JUNIOR WELDER. Working with China Star Construction and Engineering company for one year (09/2016 – 07/2017).
My obligation was to follow the construction plans of the company then fabricate the required parts of the company which was under construction.
CASUAL machine operator. Working with Mukwano plastic Company for one year and a half (12/2017 – 4/2019) at Mbuya Nakawa industrial area.
My obligations were to operate plastic machines in order to meet the daily production targets in a shift.
This has broadened my working skills concerning industrial activities hence increasing my productivity and efficiency at work.
INTERNSHIP TRAINING. Working with Kyambogo University In-house three months training from (06/2018 – 08/2018).
My obligation was to reach the University work shop every morning in time as directed by my in-house supervisors.
Dismantling of machines, replacing and repairing of machines, learning how to operate the machine shop machines, welding and fabrication where some of the activities in the three months training at kyambogo University workshops
Internship training with grain pulse. Working with Grain pulse limited a coffee processing, grain and agro input company from June 2019 up to August 2019 under the maintenance and operation team.
Learning team work, various maintenance, operations, main parts of coffee and grain and milling machines are part of the activities for the training.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN. Working with Nice House of plastics from 15th October 2019 up to date.
Troubleshooting, report writing, knowledge sharing to machine attendants, mold changing, machine setting, repairs and maintenance plus production target achieving are the major daily and targets attached to my current responsibility.
SKILLS
Good at machine operations, mold changing, machine setting, maintenance and repair and troubleshooting.
Can make effective operation of machines and easily master its operation due to experience from a number of machines.
Ability to work under minimum supervision due to character of self-motivation.
Excellent time management and assertiveness which makes me flexible to any working environment.
