     Job Duties : 
    • Administrative Roles Set performance targets and appraise the program team in line with the organizational policies and procedures Facilitate team building across the Projects Follow-up and processing of staff documents and information for example contracts and registrations Regularly monitor office backup system with support from the part-time/external IT technician Supervise and monitor inventory of office assets or properties Supervise the IT management in the office like internet, back up, anti-virus, equipment maintenance and movement • Program implementation Coordinate strategic planning, program development, review and evaluation processes in line with the CSDI strategy Oversee the strategic implementation of programme activities. For example, lead in the annual work plan in collaboration with project officers Work with the Director to diversify the funding base through developing existing or new relationships with donors Analyze the information provided by the Project officers in order to take appropriate operational decisions Define the annual work plan together with the project officers • Guide program operational planning and monitoring processes Make key decisions in relation to the programme implementation and offer solutions to problems that arise during the implementation of projects. Conduct field visits to provide support supervision and implementation Ensure the developments of annual work plans and budgets. Provide technical guidance in program planning and implementation. Ensure programs are implemented and evaluated in a consultative and participative manner through regular field visits using accountability framework and related appropriate tools. Recommend changes in the programme to ensure that targets are met, and objectives achieved based on the monitoring and evaluation exercises. Ensure the timely submission of proposals and reports. Review, consolidate and share program reports within and outside the organization for shared learning.

    Purpose: Contribute to the development of policy, plans and improved working practices, programme planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation • Carry out home and school follow ups on the GBV victims • Cary out assessments to support the Displaced individual Status Determination and Resettlement claims. • Provide support in monitoring and implementation of activities and take follow up actions • Provide leadership in M&E impact assessment projects • Maintaining up to date data base systems on the research findings • Coordinate capacity training and information sharing with the staff and stake holders/service providers • Ensure institutional policies and procedures are adhered to by all staff • Ensure standard systems are in place for the exchange and sharing of information within and outside the institution • Ensuring that core costs are covered in the annual budget and work plan • Liaise with the finance team on regular financial reports, mid-year financial reviews and end of year reports
