    Duties; Board and Executive Committee (EXCO) 1. Drafting of Board and EXCO papers, and reports for timely distribution to the Board and/or EXCO for consideration. 2. Providing Board and EXCO secretarial support services and any other committee/meetings as may be assigned from time to time including taking minutes thereof. 3. Ensuring that minutes are accurately recorded, documented and filed and all follow up actions by respective officers are done and completed and reported back to Management. 4. Reviewing Board minutes together with the Company Secretary and Board Chairperson and seeking necessary approvals for signature. 5.
