Candidate Profile

I am an enterprising resource with local and international experience, a grounded leader in client segments management, products and business analytics spanning over 16 years of experience in retail banking. I hold a Bachelor of Statistics Degree from Makerere University and with that joined Standard Chartered Bank in 2003 under the bank’s International Graduate program.

My 16 years of banking experience with Standard Chartered Bank have given me exposure in Client Segments and Products and Business Analytics. During this time, I worked in Uganda (5 years) and 11 years of international experience within Standard Chartered Group in Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia, United Arab Emirates (3 ½ years), Kenya (4 years) and most recently Botswana (3 years). I am currently offering consultancy services in Retail Banking.

I have held several senior roles in Standard Chartered bank which include: Cluster Product Head, General Manager Retail Banking Products, Head Personal & Preferred Banking, Project Management Roles, Africa Regional Head of Retail Analytics and most recently Head Business Banking in Botswana.
